Joanna Kalabińska

Business and process analyst with many years of experience. In her career she has held the role of IT Business Analyst, Process Analyst and Product Owner in the following areas: medicine, telecommunications, public, sales. On a daily basis she works with stakeholders and IT teams to solve business problems and addapt challenges in business.

She is a member of SJSI, where she supervises the area of analysis and general quality and teaches business analysis at Jagiellonian University. She is keen on spreading good practices of analysis and taking care of quality in IT. She enjoys teaching and improving her own and others' competences.
