CAI is een leider op het gebied van Business Analysis en Requirement Engineering cursussen in Nederland. Al vanaf 1997 geven wij dit soort cursussen, eerst onder de AMBI vlag, later als onderdelen van een HBO bachelor programma en een master of Science programma.

Doel is de deelnemer meer bij te brengen dan sec theorie en inzicht maar hem ook analysevaardigheden en evaluatievaardigheden bij te brengen en hem in te laten zien hoe lastig analyse eigenlijk wel is.

Door gestructureerde aanpak en toepassen van veel praktische voorbeelden leert de deelnemer hoe diverse methoden en technieken samen gebruikt kunnen worden om de kwaliteit van requirement specificaties en de gebruikte modellen, en dus het ontwerp, te borgen. Consistentie van en overzicht over de diverse modellen is hierbij essentieel.

We gaan in op traditionele bewezen methoden en technieken zoals ACTIMOD, DFD, CFD, ERD maar ook modern visuele talen zoals BPMN-2, UML-2.5, SysML 1.3.

Andere aandachtsgebieden waarop cursussen worden verzorgd zijn: bedrijfskundige informatica, kwaliteitsmanagement, strategisch management, Innovatiemanagement, project management, scrum / agile development, risico management, change management en process improvement zoals Lean Six Sigma.

Het niveau van onze cursussen is van MBO-niveau , HBO bachelor tot post-Master niveau. Voor IREB certificering beperken we ons tot Foundation en Advanced level, maar de eigen trainingen gericht op requirement analyse, informatieanalyse en business analyse gaan verder, tot op expert level.

CAI is a thought leader in the field Business Analysis en Requirement Engineering. Many teachers have done research in this field, usually at the universities they have studied or still are lecturing for. Started at 1997 we have been involved with Exam preparation to test business analysis, information analysis and requirement engineering skills. Mostly for examen organization EXIN, but also for colleges and universities.

For more than 20 years, we provide courses in this field, first as part of an AMBI program, later as bachelor courses and master courses. Our aim is to teach participants more than sec theory and insight. We also provide the students with analysis skills and evaluation skills so they can experience how difficult analysis actually is. By using a structured approach and applying many practical examples, the participant knows how to apply different methods and techniques and to combine these. Combining techniques will ensure a higher quality of requirement specifications and models used. So a better design is a result. Consistency and overview of the various models is essential.

The level of our courses is from foundation level, advanced (bachelor) level to expert (Post-Master) level. For IREB certification, we limit ourselves to Foundation and Advanced level. But our training on requirement analysis, information analysis and business analysis, as well as for courses in the other mentioned fields, goes on to expert level.
