Besides consulting and supporting of our customers in the domains of Automotive Industry, Transportation Services, Medical, Energy, Public Sector etc., we provide our experience and expertise also as trainer on behalf of various IREB training provider.

In our trainings for CPRE Foundation Level, Advanced Level Management, Advanced Level Modeling as well as in our Scrum und Kanban trainings and trainings for estimation we have trained so far more than 1.100 participants in Austria, Germany, China, Greece, Czechia, Slovakia, Switzerland, and USA. – The concepts of IEB CPRE are integrated in all our trainings.

In our consulting we follow the approach, that correct and successful requirements engineering can hardly be done without using the right tools. In agile projects also. Therefor we consult our customers also for the evaluation and introduction of suitable tools for the management of requirements using the methodology of IREB CPRE.

In our customer projects we can see clearly, that the investment in requirements engineering shows a return on invest very soon.
