RE@Agile Primer available January 2017

The RE@Agile Primer imparts of how RE methods and techniques can advantageously be applied in agile development processes, and how techniques from the agile approach can improve the RE practice.

The content of the RE@Agile Primer is intended to be taught in a 1-2 days training, but self-study is possible as well. There are two possible exams

RE@Agile Advanced Level follows soon

The RE@Agile Advanced Level module will follow the Primer very soon, most likely in Q3 2017!

As for all Advanced Level modules the CPRE Foundation Level certificate is a prerequisite.
The RE@Agile Primer certificate is NOT a prerequisite for the RE@Agile Advanced Level!

The exam is similar to all Advanced Level modules: A multiple choice exam followed by a written assignment.

  • Is it possible to start with the Advanced Level or must the Foundation Level be obtained first?

    The CPRE Foundation Level certificate - or an equivalent - is the prerequisite for admission to the CPRE Advanced Level examination.

    The British Computer Society (BCS) offers a variety of diplomas for professional development. Within the diploma Business Analysis there is a certificate Requirements Engineering. This certificate has a large overlap with the CPRE Foundation Level certificate. Therefore BCS and IREB have closed an agreement that candidates who have completed the BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering will be exempt from taking the IREB CPRE Foundation level to progress to the Advanced level.

  • What does the exam look like?

    The exam in the Foundation Level is a multiple choice questionnaire. For details see the exam regulations of the Foundation Level.
